SCOPE: The Marketing Officer will oversee the creation, coordination, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and advertising. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Campaign Management Oversee, monitor, and ensure the proper creation, execution, and scheduling of social media content (both planned and agile)
- Content Planning & Execution Oversee and optimize the monthly planning of the organic content calendar, keep track of calendar execution and data
- Content Planning Participate in team planning of BAU and special campaigns, contribute ideas for content generation and messaging apt for the campaign
- Brand Marketing Stay up to date on brand and industry trends, develop content and messaging aligned with the branding of the company
- External Relations - Act as a liaison for potential partners and suppliers, represent the company accordingly, and participate in the execution of community initiatives
- Collateral Production - Oversee and manage the production of marketing collaterals (posters, flyers, merch, etc.) and act as the point person for suppliers
- Internal Collaboration Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly sync meetings with the team, coordinate with team's ads managers to ensure boosting and alignment for relevant campaigns (sales, BAU, partner brand posts, etc.)
- Inter-departmental Collaboration - Collaborate with Creative Production teams and Retail Store Teams to ensure delivery of required content for posting
- Market Research - Gather and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, trends, and other relevant data and apply them as needed to strategies for specific initiatives
- Project Management Plan and execute campaigns and see them through to completion with the team, inclusive of post-campaign achievement reporting
- Qualifications:
o Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on campaign coordination & execution, social media management, and content planning is a plus
o Active, well-rounded presence in social media, with a good grasp of each platform's main uses or approaches in marketing and best practices
o Skilled communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to create compelling copy and content relevant to the company and its brand
o Good organizational skills, with an ability to develop and manage campaigns, social media calendars and proper tracking measures for data and processes
o Experience handling community events and/or external partnerships
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies
o Ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels while tracking data and spending for analysis and report creation
o Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing ideas
o Ability to conduct market research and identify new market opportunities
o Results-oriented mindset in helping deliver the company's goals pertaining to Marketing Development Fund (MDF) collections, social media campaign metrics, and social media follower growth
