Marketing Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for cosmetics, skincare, and all things beautiful, this is your dream job. You'll be the mastermind behind our dazzling marketing campaigns, making sure our products are the talk of the town!

What You'll Do:_
Create and execute dazzling marketing plans that make our products sparkle and shine.
Design and manage eye-catching marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Conduct beauty trendspotting to keep us ahead of the curve and in the know
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with our fabulous product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging is always on point.
Analyze the glam factor for our marketing campaigns, providing insights and tips for even more fabulous results.
Manage our social media presence with flair, creating engaging content and fostering a vibrant community.
Organize and participate in events and promotional activities to make sure our brand is everywhere beauty lovers are.
Build and maintain relationships with beauty influencers, media, and industry insiders to boost our brand.

What We're Looking For:_
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role in the cosmetics or skincare industry
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
The interview will be conducted at the Head Office located at 48 Felix Avenue, Cainta Rizal.
