Qualifications:
University degree in Medical Allied, Business Administration Major in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication and other related courses.
Masters in Business Administration graduate or with units is a plus With extensive digital marketing experience Able to create Sales and Marketing strategies Knowledgeable in marketing and brand management With excellent oral and written communication skills At least 5-10 years of solid experience in Marketing or Advertising
Strategic Planning Devises marketing plan for the products and service portfolio of the company that include strategic directions in the areas of product development or enhancement, pricing, communications (advertising or promotions) and service distribution network for approval of the Management. Recommends product portfolio in coordination with the Managing Director. Determines appropriate pricing strategy together with the Operations Manager and Managing Director for machines and products. Develops appropriate communication strategy for the services such as optimal advertising and promotional mix that can result in the enhancement of company's image and positioning through brand management. Designs the best distribution that results in wider coverage and dissemination of products and services Liaises with key sectors in the execution of plans such as:
Advertising agencies: prepares advertising briefs for the above-the-line (television and radio) and below-the-line activities (brochures, leaflets, posters, outdoor advertising and signs) Promotion companies: designs promotional briefs for planned promo activities during the year and other special events (special discounts, free gifts, promo packages, and others)
Suppliers: The Marketing Group coordinates with various suppliers for promo items, giveaways, and other advertising or promotional materials. Business Development Builds client relationships and networking for new business opportunities such as developing or expanding customer base through direct representation, and telemarketing. Initiates activities and programs in digital marketing. Public Relations Helps in enhancing public relation activities with external agencies like local government, medical, civic, and social institutional groups that can help in the achievement of institutional objectives Formulates activities that can enhance relationships with existing customer base such as dermatology clinics owners and other dermatologists. Assist in establishing good relationship with the media group such as the press, broadcast sector, and others Market Research Provides timely and relevant information that have strategic and tactical significance on the company's bottom-line such as new opportunity areas, market and competitive developments, and dermatology clinic trends such as: In-house market research studies: primary and secondary data to be undertaken by the Marketing Group
External research: coordinates with research agencies in undertaking market studies for special purposes. People Development Trains, leads, and motivates the sales and marketing personnel to perform according to expectations. Conducts regular programs to upgrade their skills and competencies Other related functions Attends Dermatology Associations conventions and events for affiliation and promotion of machines and products. Prepares monthly and Annual marketing reports Perform other functions that might be assigned as the need arises.
