_The Medical City Ortigas is currently looking for insightful Marketing Specialist:_

The Marketing Specialist is responsible in formulating and overseeing implementation of the overall strategy of the business unit. He/She determines targets and prepare business plan to ensure that they are met. He/She analyzes existing strategies and practices, identifies areas for improvement and develop innovative strategies related to the goals they establish. He/She is specifically focused on product development and marketing strategies focused on expanding revenue sources for the business units.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, and annual business plan
  • Build marketing and business development programs to support objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan
Lead in conducting research to identify, analyze, and execute business unit initiatives
  • Work with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies
Create business development strategies to increase business units revenue and brand value
  • Oversee contract development, client negotiations and product enhancements activities
Oversee business relationship activities
  • Oversee communication of overall business offerings and value propositions
Manage project teams and project management activities
  • Develop business cases for programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on tactics
Develop business units policies and regulations that affect strategy management
  • Prepare detail activity reports and measurement criteria to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency
Align business units marketing programs with institutional marketing strategies
  • Align business units sales and relationship programs with institutional business development strategies
Align business units expansion and extension strategies with other TMC Network hospital and clinics
  • REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of 4-year business or medical- related course
  • With 3 years experience for similar function or in a healthcare provider setting
