Job Summary: As a Marketing Officer, your primary responsibility is to support the implementation of
marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services. You will assist the marketing
team in executing various marketing activities and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines.
Content Creation:
- Create and proofread marketing content, including copywriting and visuals.
- Help maintain and update website content and social media profiles.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
Data Management:
- Maintain marketing databases and customer lists.
- Help with data entry and organization of customer information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to assess campaign performance
Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in gathering and organizing market data for decision-making.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and budget
tracking.
- Assist in the procurement of marketing materials and services.
- Monitor marketing specialist and associate
- Report to the Management the progress and updates on marketing initiatives and activities.
- Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing
platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
