Account Management Officer (Pasig City)- Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 8:00- 5:00PM
Acquire a thorough understanding of customers needs and requirements- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels- Excellent organizational skills
Fast learner in dealing with a fast-paced industry is a must

Willing to report onsite Monday to Friday- Willing to be assigned in Pasig Area

Pay: Php22,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
