Marketing Officer - Popeye's

PLK Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization and agencies to create and implement effective marketing strategies that engage customers, drive sales, and boost our brand equity. You will also be responsible for collating customer feedback, trend analysis, and developing actionable insights that inform our marketing initiatives.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Demonstrated experience in advertising, insighting, product campaigns, sales analysis and product development

• In collaboration with our partner agencies, in charge of handling social media pages and platforms to ensure maximization of visibility and awareness including but not limited to SEO and SEM

Strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with the marketing direction of the company

• In charge of coordinating with marketing partners for campaigns and activations

Ensures quality and creation of content based on the frequency set by the company

• In charge of community management campaigns

Initiates and executives other marketing campaigns that could support the overall strategy of the company

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

Solid understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior

• Strong creative, problem solving and critical thinking skills

A passion for food, dining, and hospitality is a plus

• Ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
