Job Description

The Marketing Officer will help strategize and implement marketing strategies and programs which include market research, advertising, brand building, digital marketing, SEO and account-based marketing.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on the generator industry focusing on the competitive landscape, market segmentation, product positioning, and ideal customers. Perform periodic reporting of research findings to management and department heads.
Profile the company's ideal customer. Ideate and implement marketing strategies to generate additional sales leads.
  • Perform monthly analysis of competitor products, prices, and marketing strategies.
Monitor the company's lead management tool to identify potential sales prospects and and funnel Sales qualified leads to assign to sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales team of each brand to identify high value customer accounts and industries. Assists the Sales team in penetrating these markets through creation of informative marketing collateral and compelling presentations.
Work with cross-departmental teams to present company highlights and completed works/projects for marketing purposes via social media post, website blog posts, infographics, videos, case studies and testimonials.
  • Capture, edit, and procedure high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
Manage the company website to ensure that the information is up-to-date with the latest information on products and services of the company.
  • Track, analyze, research, and optimize keywords and rankings to drive non-brand traffic growth through SEO.
Organizing workshops, conventions, tradeshows, customer visits, warehouse visits, and virtual/in-person events to increase product brand awareness
  • Qualifications:
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably B2B Marketing, Account-based Marketing, and Social Media Management
Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think innovative campaigns and strategies.
