JOB DESCRIPTION:- Create and schedule daily Facebook and Instagram posts
Design various marketing materials including posters, flyers, menus, etc. and handle printing and distribution of materials to branches.- Monitor and compile customer reviews/complaints on platforms like Zomato and Trip Advisor.
Assist in event organization and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
Monitor merchandising collaterals and logistics.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and Trip Advisor.- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe, Canva, or a similar software for creating marketing materials.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal departments, external suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as for crafting engaging content and presentations.
