The Marketing Officer monitors and manages new and existing products; organizes campaigns and develops marketing strategies.
- Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating, assessing, and screening ideas for new product lines with current trends and consumer behavior.
Featuring enhancements of current product lines- Doing financial analysis: Costings, Forecasting, and ROI
Creating a communication plan to make sure that product positioning / competitive advantages are made known to its target market
- Adjusting the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) to optimize product performance and profitability.
Forecasting for new products to launch and create promotional campaigns.- Sourcing and coordinating with suppliers for ATL and BTL efforts.
Getting familiarity with the cost of goods of the category and its profitability.
- Conceptualizing of new and/or revision of packaging design in coordination with the graphic artist, PTSSU & R&D team.
Creating of disposition plans for high inventory products of the categories
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business or related fields
With at least 3-5 years of relevant business experience preferably in the food manufacturing industry, FMCG- Excellent written and communication skills.
