The Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing and directing all marketing activities, including the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting to Business Development Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing strategies, a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across multiple channels.
Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications.- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and events, to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and to support cross-functional initiatives.
Perform other job related task to support other affiliates company from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management; experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
