Job Description

Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing plans to attract new members and retain existing ones. This involves understanding the target market, analyzing competitors, and identifying unique selling points.
Online Presence Management: Managing the co-working space's online presence through social media channels, website, and online advertising. This includes creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the space.Content Creation: Producing engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and graphics that showcase the benefits of the co-working space, highlight events and activities, and provide valuable resources for entrepreneurs and freelancers.
  • Event Planning and Promotion: Organizing and promoting events, workshops, and networking opportunities within the co-working space. This involves coordinating with partners, creating promotional materials, and leveraging various channels to attract attendees.
Community Building: Fostering a sense of community among co-working space members by organizing social gatherings, facilitating networking opportunities, and implementing initiatives that encourage collaboration and interaction.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Implementing lead generation strategies to attract potential members and converting leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-up.Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing efforts using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates. Providing regular reports to management to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Partnership Development: Building partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand the co-working space's reach and attract new members through cross-promotional opportunities and joint initiatives.
Brand Management: Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels. This involves upholding the co-working space's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual elements to maintain a strong and cohesive brand image.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and personalize marketing efforts. This includes segmenting the customer base, sending targeted communications, and nurturing relationships to improve customer retention.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
