We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Brand Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing strategies, with a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative and creative marketing campaigns and effective sales techniques.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Generate leads and drive sales through various marketing channels including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to recommend adjustments to marketing and business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- Atleast 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
