JOB SUMMARYResponsible for developing marketing strategies, managing budget, setting goals, and ensuring consistent branding across various marketing channels within the company. Makes key decisions regarding product promotion, budgeting and branding. Works with other departments to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategies: Prepare, present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and to research market trends and industry data so that the company remains on the cutting edge.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in overseeing the department's operations
Build and manage Allegro's Social Media presence thru Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and E-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada)- Plan, direct and coordinate advertising, promotional activities for products or services on a variety of media (offline and online), sponsorships, trade show events and coffee-related competitions.
Measure and report on performance of all digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Overall incharge of E-commerce platform and ensures that the target must be achieved monthly
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities- Maintains the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective
Collaborate and work with ABC Management Teams including Branch Heads to improve marketing efforts by creating and managing marketing campaigns.
- Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of key marketing staff members, including marketing managers and consultants
Training and Development:
Be equipped with product updates and industry trends. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and regulations while working, ensuring a safe working environment.Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area assigned.
- Others: Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
- Experience: 2-3yrs - Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Skills: Strong communication, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, interpersonal abilities, creative and knows how to use photo editing platform

Thoroughness and attention to details and understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Communication:
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
