Overall project coordinator for marketing management of all industrial, office and Estate projects under EE.
Carries out appropriate strategies for tactical campaigns.
Monitors team accomplishments vs. targets and goals for each project.
In-depth analysis of relevant reports generated for assigned projects.
Propose marketing campaigns and craft marketing strategies together with the project teams.
Liaise with BU heads, operations, sales, leasing and project development groups.
Roll out integrated marketing communications plan, schedule marketing campaigns that include: (a). activation efforts such as, but not limited to events, promotions, partnerships and sponsorships; and (b). Digital efforts social media management, digital ads, web ads, social media campaign, digital features.
Explore marketing opportunities and initiatives that could assist Sales and Operations team in the achievement of business unit targets.
Monitor achievement of sales targets per project and establish controlled measures on spending, conversions and efficiencies.
Review business results against marketing plan and address areas of improvement.
Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs and trends.
Maintain good relationship with partners and vendors.
