Star Market is a Commercial Leasing Company specializing in the Wet and Dry Market industry. We currently have 7 branches operating in QC, Pasig, and Caloocan; with more branches in the pipeline in Makati, Las Pias, and Batangas. Our goal is to have a Star Market palengke branch in all cities in the Philippines.

Star Market also operates businesses such as lotto operations, massage spa, palengke delivery, and restobar, which compliment the main wet market operations.

• Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager at Star Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and support the growth of our market branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Build a marketing team who can deliver high quality materials and execute marketing activities.

• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and events.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support tenant acquisition and retention strategies.

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing management role (minimum of 2 yrs)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Creative and has good taste in design. Should have basic knowledge in graphic design.

• Able to communicate effectively in English, Tagalog, and Taglish in verbal and written form.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
