MARKETING MANAGER
Job Summary
As Marketing Manager, you will be managing the overall execution of marketing and branding
activities in order to meet the brand expectations and targets. You are to ensure that there is a
continuous effective and economical allocation of resources and maintain lower operational budget
of the marketing department. The role is not entirely independent; while reporting directly to the
executive committee which is composed of the President, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer,
you are to work closely with the different sales department managers to support their marketing
requirements.
Duties And Responsibilites
Manage the promotion and positioning of the brand, products and services of the company
Developing marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across all platforms in line
with company objectives
Overseeing the company's marketing budget
Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as to predict
future trends
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are
kept informed of marketing objectives
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
Manage online and offline marketing material in terms of technical specs, project timelines, plan
Executions And Other Efficient Resources Required
Responsible for the translation of key research reports into strategic recommendations prior to
presentation for consideration and approval
Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
Oversee and manage all company events such as trade shows, conferences and festivals
Building good working relationships between internal and external partners and customers
Possible travels nationwide, if required
Performs and assists all other tasks and duties that are not stipulated on this document but
Assigned By Your Superior Or Required By The Company.

Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Equivalent
Experience: at least five (5) years experience of the job requirement, preferably in the same industry.
Specific Skills: Qualified chartered marketer, Strong analytical and project management skills,
Confident and dynamic personality, Strong creative outlook.
