Requirement

  • JOB SUMMARY-
    • The role requires developing, implementing, analyzing and managing digital marketing campaigns across different marketing channels like Paid, CRM and Organic. This person will play a crucial role in driving online brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and ultimately achieving business objectives. Will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful digital initiatives
  • INTERACTION -
    • Department Heads, Country Manager, Regional Marketing Team, Vendors, Property Owners, Analytics team

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education -
    • Bachelor Degree in any Business-related courses
    • MBA strongly preferred
  • Job Related Experience - At least 7 years experience in Digital Marketing and Brand building
  • Business Understanding - Experience in Performance, CRM, Social Media and Organic Marketing
  • Other Skills -
  • Excellent People Management
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Strong working knowledge in Google Hotel ads and Listings
  • Strong experience in digital marketing campaigns via Facebook, Google, and programmatic channels

Responsibilities

  • Job Knowledge -
    • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social media, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
    • Drive optimal performance of Display Ads, Social Networking Ads, Programmatic, SEO, SEM, CRM
    • Oversee the creation and optimization of compelling content for various digital platforms.
    • Lead CRM campaign strategies and implementation across segments
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement
    • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using data analytics
    • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint root cause for analysis
    • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion across all channels
    • Identify trends, analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations on most effective digital formats and investment.
