The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Medical Center Imus. This role focuses on promoting the hospital's services, enhancing its public image, and ensuring patient acquisition and retention. The Marketing Manager works closely with various departments to align marketing strategies with the hospital's overall goals and mission.
- Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and specialties.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, and understand patient needs.
Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
Enhance the hospital's brand presence and reputation through various marketing and communication channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
Develop and manage the hospital's brand guidelines.
Oversee the hospital's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.- Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve online presence and engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and blog posts.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to generate informative and engaging content.
- Patient Engagement and Community Outreach:
Develop and execute patient engagement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.- Plan and coordinate community outreach activities, health fairs, and educational seminars.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and media outlets.
- Advertising and Promotions:
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage promotional activities, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations activities, working closely with the Corporate Communications Officer.- Oversee preparation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Manage crisis communication and handle any public relations issues that arise.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments, including clinical, administrative, and IT, to align marketing efforts with hospital operations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and other metrics for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare marketing trends, regulations, and best practices.- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
