Responsibilities

  • Create Marketing Strategy: Create and oversee all marketing plans for new product solutions, including timelines for announcements, launch activities, the creation of marketing materials, and the creation of all marketing assets (brochures, videos, websites, etc.).
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with product teams to craft campaign strategies and content, including value propositions, positioning, presentations, advertising, and marketing communications.
  • Customer Insights: Develop and present customer personas, use cases, and requirements documentation to guide product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Feature Development: Drive the development of new product features from concept to commercialization, conducting voice of customer research, defining requirements, and performing competitive analysis.
  • Market Analysis: Identify product enhancement priorities by gathering insights from customers, market research, and competitive analysis.

Demand Generation: Design, execute, monitor, and optimize demand generation campaigns focused on specific value propositions, functionalities, and outcomes to generate qualified leads.

  • Creative Briefing: Provide clear direction to graphic designers for the development of compelling marketing materials.
  • Competitive Tracking: Monitor key competitors and market dynamics to refine marketing strategies, tactics, and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Develop various content types such as white papers, case studies, blogs, research reports, and testimonials to support web-based marketing efforts.
  • Sales Collateral: Produce impactful marketing collateral and sales tools, including product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and custom sales documents.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Deliver bi-weekly reports showcasing engagement and demand generation metrics, aligned with campaign and sales objectives.
  • Global Strategy: Implement global content and collateral strategies for key partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Ownership & Initiative: As an individual contributor, take full ownership of decisions, projects, and programs, driving them from concept to completion.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the marketing team and overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of B2C, B2B, SaaS and Digital Marketing best practices and trends.
  • Demonstrated results in launching new products, experience in developing product marketing campaigns, setting, and meeting strategic campaign goals and objectives.
  • Strong background in content marketing programs and demand generation.
  • Have familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, analyze data, and derive insights for optimization.
  • Have familiarity with marketing technology tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
  • Have the ability to identify challenges and find creative solutions to marketing problems.
  • Have knowledge about customer engagement strategy for engaging and retaining customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback collection.
  • Have experience related to collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.
  • A proven portfolio of product marketing content that demonstrates your positioning, messaging, and writing capabilities across literature, web, and video asset types.
  • A curiosity around personas, their challenges, behaviors, as well as data trends that draw conclusions and insights from those trends.
  • Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Excellent English: written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented with creative thinking.
  • The ability to digest technical product information into customer-facing value propositions.
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Experience with both early-stage products and established products.
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to working on marketing programs for global markets preferred.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry plus point.

Type: Independent Contractor

Duration: Full time

Starting date: To be discussed after an interview

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period

Hours: Up to 40h/week

Working schedule: Preferable during office hours: 09:00 18:00
