We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive marketing plans and updates to management. This role involves overseeing and strategizing both online and offline marketing strategies, preparing and managing budgets effectively. He/she will collaborate closely with stakeholders and agencies to ensure the timely execution of deliverables, while also managing daily brand needs and projects with the in-house team. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing a team
- Hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing/branding
- Experience working in a marketing agency is advantageous
- Willing to work extended hours or during events on weekends or holidays
- Highly enthusiastic, spontaneous, creative, a quick learner, and a problem solver
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Ideally has led both online and offline campaigns and collaborated with a team
- Highly organized and experienced in coordinating and collaborating with marketing agencies, Sales, Procurement, and Event Media as needed
- Proficient in using digital marketing and planning tools (e.g., Canva, Trello, Google Drive) and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok)
- Experience with social media community management
- Proficient in copywriting
- Experience in events management and activations
- Experience in public relations and media relations
- Experience with Facebook/Google Ads is an advantage but not required
- Must be fluent in English and Tagalog
- Willing to report onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and present the comprehensive marketing plan and deliverables to management
- Provide regular marketing updates and reports to management, including planning online and offline initiatives
- Prepare and present the budget for the overall marketing program
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and agencies to ensure deliverables are completed and executed
- Manage and conceptualize with the in-house marketing team for daily brand requirements
- Handle various marketing projects for the brand and special projects as needed, ensuring completion from start to execution
