Job Description

MARKETING MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. He or she will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the coordination of web development projects with the cross-functional personnel involved.

  • Responsibilities:
Plans and prepares advertising campaigns.
  • Plans and manages the monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets.
Communicates, maintains, and develops relationships with prospects, clients, vendors and other partners.
  • Enables the sales team to better position and engage with specific market segments through advisements on scripts and presentations, and technology trend-focused marketing programs and campaigns
Creates and distributes valuable, relevant, and consistent marketing content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience to generate leads and subsequently, drive profitable and measurable customer actions and conversions
  • Manages the marketing communication activities, including but not limited to, social media, press releases, white papers, e-newsletter campaigns, industry-speaking opportunities, and award programs
Develops and oversees branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
Evaluates and optimizes marketing strategies.
  • Manages current and new requests for website development changes.
Communicates with the developers the changes needed for/on the website.
  • Gathers all website components, including the contents, making sure all are submitted ahead of the deadline and checked for quality.
Performs other tasks necessary to deliver website projects.
  • Performs all other tasks or assignments given by the CEO, immediate manager, and others deputized by the CEO.


  • Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism or something related or similar.
  • At least five years of experience as an end-to-end Marketing Manager. Technical knowledge of website development.
Expertise in Google and other Marketing analytics.
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, reporting and presentation skills.
Amenability to work from either 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CEST or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CEST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
