Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with our company values and goals. Your role will involve leading the marketing team, enhancing marketing performance, and working collaboratively across departments to drive brand growth and expand our market presence.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
Optimize client engagement by managing key programs and campaigns, both in-store and online.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trade Department regarding e-commerce and on-ground marketing activations.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure new product launches align with the brand identity and effectively communicate product benefits.
Attend seminars and training to enhance professional development and recommend training for team members in collaboration with HR Training & Development.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and a creative mind to interpret metrics (ROI & KPIs).
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the high-performing marketing team and engage with cross-functional partners (Ops, PR, Creatives, Research & Dev, Procurement, Social Media, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) to deliver profitable innovation plans and support programs.
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferably Beauty Retail Industry
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Goal-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
