Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives,
including increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing customer
lifetime value.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across
various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media
advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead the development of creative content, including copywriting, graphic design, and
multimedia production, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences,
and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, sales, and
customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and
objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing
initiatives and campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and
improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing
activities and initiatives as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital
marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or
managerial role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that
drive business results and achieve objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEM, SEO, social
media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to measure and
optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
