The Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager in ensuring that Vision Express and Eye Society brand positioning is well guarded and established. The Marketing Manager performs a variety of duties to ensure that all marketing campaigns Vision Express and Eye Society are effective and sustainable. Consistently provide the needed marketing support to the sales team. This person also evaluates the effectiveness of each campaign and meets with the executives and management to determine appropriate action.
Graduate of a 4- year course preferably in Marketing, Advertising, and Multimedia.
- With 7-8 years of related work experience in Retail Marketing.
Strong researching skills and ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively in different marketing channels.- Familiarization with data-driven marketing.
Demonstratable experience in marketing together with potential and required to learn.
- A sense of aesthetics and love for great copy and impactful communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing and measurements- Excellent communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.
Develops marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness- Conducts market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
Meets with key departments to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas
- Analyzes data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores- Build Strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Prepare and monitor marketing budget on an annual and on a per project basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials (traditional and digital marketing collaterals)
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
