Marketing Manager

GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking aMarketing Manager. This position will workfrom 12:00 am to 8:00 AM PHT and appliesonly to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Work time will shift to better hours over time.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager for the wealth management industry is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract high-net-worth clients, and support business growth. This role focuses exclusively on marketing functions, including managing marketing automations, website updates, landing pages, ads, social media, and blogs using tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot. Key responsibilities include creating multi-platform content aligned with brand voice, managing tasks across platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion, and ensuring consistency in marketing output. A minimum of five years of marketing experience is required, along with strong asynchronous communication skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with ChatGPT, Vidyard, and Descript is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage marketing automations, website updates, landing pages, ads, and blogs, primarily using HubSpot.
• Develop and distribute cohesive content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience needs.
• Support task management across tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail in written and visual marketing deliverables.
• Lead efforts to enhance the firms presence on LinkedIn and drive measurable engagement with high-net-worth audiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in LinkedIn and HubSpot.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong asynchronous communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Exceptional task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across diverse projects.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Vidyard, and Descript is a plus.

• Night Differential:Additional pay for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PHT)
