Job Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible of leading the department's overall processes and transactions. The incumbent will also provide evocative innovations, enhancements and ideas in terms of General Marketing strategies that will aid all related units of the company in achieving greater heights of increasing company revenue. This role serves as a key player in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, across innovative and strategic core products, with a key focus on broadening and raising product and brand awareness, which ultimately leads to customer acquisition. Responsible for the overall consumer marketing strategies and activation plans that support business unit growth and profit objectives, driving demand for Biocostech Philippines Corporation and its products.
Gather and analyze costumer and market insights, which entails consumer behavior and centric concepts, product consumption experience, and marketing best practices to generate successful brand activations and in expanding product portfolio aligned with the consumer trends.- Oversee the entire execution of marketing initiatives throughout several channels and regions in ensuring that each are aligned with the business needs.
Strengthen product through advertising and promotions, online marketing, trade marketing and event management.
Spearhead effective Digital Marketing efforts across social media, Online Selling or E-Commerce Platforms, Website marketing, and planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Organization Skills - able to plan and monitor work assignments and timeline.
- Time Management - able to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Event Supervision
- able to supervise events from conceptualization to actual implementation.Budget Management
- able to plant and project costs as well as manage resources according to the approved budget.Critical Thinking - able to evaluate proposal and sift through presented information to come up with most efficient and viable solutions.
Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing/ or equivalent.
- With at least five (5) years of working knowledge and experience in the related field is required for the position.
Preferably FMCG Manager who is well versed in general marketing with specialization and extensive experience in Trade and Online Marketing.- Excellent in written and verbal communication.
Experience in the Skin Care industry is an advantage.
- Highly analytical, creative, organized, and possess a good leadership style.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.- Possesses a strong leadership skill to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and has experience with training management and providing coaching when necessary.
Advance analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales.
- Strong in attention to detail and accuracy.
