Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Postgraduate Degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role within financial services, fintech, or investment-related industries.
- Lead a team and manage 1 direct report (Marketing Associate) and worked closely with Marketing Department comprised of 1 Marketing Director, 2 Research Analyst and 1 Financial Educator Associate.
- Experience with high-growth companies, particularly in the financial technology or financial services space, where agility, innovation, and adaptability are essential.
- Experience working with start-up or high-growth companies where adaptability and a proactive mindset are critical.
- Proven ability to oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional media, and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products or services and establishing effective go-to-market strategies.
- Budget management experience, including overseeing marketing spend, resource allocation, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Experience working in a regulated industry, with a thorough understanding of compliance and legal restrictions related to financial marketing.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a marketing team, fostering professional growth, and creating a high-performing, collaborative environment. - Demonstrated ability to pivot marketing strategies in response to industry shifts, new market entrants, and evolving consumer preferences, maintaining a competitive edge in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, managing multiple large-scale marketing campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial services and investment trends, including key drivers of consumer behavior in the securities market.
- Knowledge of global financial markets and trends, with an ability to localize global strategies for the Philippine market.
