The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Services of the organization and manages a team of marketing professionals. Help the company increase its revenues by creating a marketing plan that gives the company a competitive advantage. It is also responsible for leading the company's advertising services, brand management, market research, product development and management, marketing communications, and public relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Define and articulate the brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of online and offline channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and PR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Job Experience (Years of work experience and years of demonstrated management/ leadership experience for Supervisory and above positions)
- Minimum of 7++ years relevant work experience; With at least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated managerial work managing a team or section of a department.
