The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with top of the funnel requirements of the whole sales funnel of the company.- Identify target markets and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
Implement a community-led growth strategy
Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in communication
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor relationships and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer feedback and work with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
- Track expenses and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and content management systems.
