Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the companys business goals and objectives.
Maintain and enhance the companys brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital print and event-based initiatives.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, videos, social media content, and advertisements.
Develop and manage marketing project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and strategies that support lead generation and sales conversion.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in 360 management with an agency and client side.
Natural interest or experience in beauty and wellness.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing and brand management. Proficient in market research, data analysis and campaign management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
