At least 10 years experience in marketing and selling, five (5) years of which in managerial capacity in a real estate business- Has very good customer relations, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy based on established objectives.
- Formulates marketing activities in coordination to the completion schedule set by the business development and management group.
- Directs and coordinates marketing activities in coordination with the Project Officers, the Sales Department/Manager, Leasing & Clubhouse Operations Officer.
- Recommends participation in promotional activities such as trade shows, exhibits and sponsorships in order to market the products and/or the brand.
- Liaise with media, advertising, networks, etc.
- Oversees the works done by various consultants/contractors as per agreed contract.
- Coordinates with Legal Management Department and Business Development and Management Group as to application of various collaterals for approval by HLURB.
- Recommends promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, tarpaulins, etc.
- Formulates and reviews budget of the department in accordance to the company's sales goals and revenues.
- Monitors and controls expenses against budget.
- Abreast with sales performance, customer feedback and competition in the industry.
