OVERVIEW:The
Marketing Lead of Data Lake, Inc. will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, strong leadership skills, and a creative mindset.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and collaborations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Preferably graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including software picture and video editor (Graphic skills), social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
