• Job Title: Marketing Intern

• Job Description:

OV Realty Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns. In this role, you will assist in creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and executing marketing strategies to promote OV Realty Group's brand and properties.

• Responsibilities:

Assist in creating marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and signage.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, content creation, and event planning.

• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

• Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other marketing software/tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
