Manages and maintains positive relationships with all the stakeholders and staff of the organization.
Supports the overall marketing objectives of World Citi Medical Center externally and internally.
Leads all areas of content generation and production for all social media platforms.
Oversees designs, proofreads, edits, and finalizes copies of all internal and external communications.
Takes responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Director.
Develops promotional opportunities and ideas from conception to delivery through departmental meetings and one-to-one interviews with other unit heads.
Provides progress reports on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications.
Provides regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for World Citi Medical Center management and other departments as required.
Supplies sufficient information to the Marketing Director to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
Supports the hospital's archive function by archiving relevant marketing material.
Assists with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
Takes responsibility for specific campaigns as agreed with the Marketing Team / Department.
Manages all aspects of print production and distribution of all marketing materials.
Conducts market research in order to identify marker requirements for current and future services.
Monitors the financial position of agreed areas of responsibility, working within pre-determined budgetary restrictions.
Undertakes any reasonable duties at the request of the Marketing Director.
Deputizes for the Marketing Director, as required.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
