We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to drive the growth and marketing presence of our client within the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.

Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Brand Management: Define and maintain the brand identity across all marketing channels and ensure consistency in messaging and positioning.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights. Use data-driven analysis to inform marketing strategies.Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing. Optimize digital channels for maximum ROI.Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to achieve business goals.
- Public Relations: Manage PR strategies and cultivate media relationships to enhance brand visibility and manage corporate reputation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and support product launches.Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective marketing campaigns.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the beverage industry or related consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Exceptional understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital marketing trends.- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that have driven measurable results.
