The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing officer. Shall be responsible in the management of all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and branding in line with the bank's core business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
- Organize department meetings and collaborations with other business units, and attend managerial meetings
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
