Duties and Responsibilities:- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's objectives, targeting key customer segments and utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Oversee the hotel's online presence, including the websitea and social media platforms. Utilize digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns across various mediums, including print, digital, and outdoor. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive press coverage and enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments, including Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
