Our platform offers four key values to users:
- Agency Rankings: We rank global agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
- Awards: We showcase the best web designs, logos, videos, and more from top agencies on DesignRush.
- Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects and receive proposals from verified agencies.
- Spotlight: This news section provides brand exposure to top agencies and brands, highlights their achievements, and helps them grow their online presence.
The person in this role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Grow awareness and revenue of the Spotlight and Awards sections

The position requires excellent English communication skills, a fast computer, and a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the followers growth and engagement of social media channels
- Improve metrics for our newsletter campaigns and develop new email flows
- Oversee the growth of the Spotlight and Awards sections in terms of awareness, engagement, and revenue
- Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones to track progress
- Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
- Manage digital marketing activities within the department to achieve rapid and consistent growth
- Work closely with team leaders to define promotions, actions, and special offers
Required qualifications:
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a marketing leader with hands-on skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team
- Proven success with newsletter campaigns
- Proven experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in growing social media channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented individual
- Strong ability to strategize and solve problems
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Able to work between 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST.
