Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for database building using readily available tools
  • Perform high-volume data entry
  • Verify the integrity of data by checking and updating the latest information
  • Tidy up the database
  • Cold-calling
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Fluent in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / ContactOut is an added advantage
  • Good English communication skills
  • Internet Savvy. Able to search for data easily
  • Meticulous, with sharp attention to details
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
