Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of 4-5 support analysts.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to support analysts to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness in supporting regional marketing teams.
Coordinate team activities, workload distribution, and performance evaluation.
Support Operations:
Oversee day-to-day marketing support activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of marketing requests from regional teams.
Maintain a high level of service quality and adherence to established processes and standards and SLAs.
Keep abreast of new implementations and updates requiring support from the support analysts, and ensure the team is adequately trained to address them.
Create and manage documentation to standardize processes, capture best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and identify trends relevant to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conceptualize, build, reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics using CRM systems, Power BI, and other BI tools to monitor marketing performance and effectiveness.
Support weekly reporting deliverables to provide timely updates on key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Interpret data to provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and improving campaign outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different marketing teams to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Act as a liaison between the support team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in CRM platforms, Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Pardot), BI tools, and Sales Enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft).
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in relevant technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing support function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing operations, data analysis, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
