GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst responsible for collecting and cleaning data from various marketing sources. You will build reports and dashboards to visualize the data and analyze the results for the marketing team. In addition to regular reporting, you'll also troubleshoot existing reports, update marketing materials, and perform other data analysis tasks as needed.
Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 95,000 per month

Tasks:
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather and clean marketing data from various sources (Google Sheets, Analytics, Ads, Meta, etc.) including sorting, scrubbing, tagging, de-duplication, and ensuring accuracy, using tools like Supermetrics and Google Sheets
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful reports & dashboards (from scratch or templates) to communicate key marketing insights
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) across various data sets. Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for accuracy. Update marketing materials with data-driven insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the logistics team to analyze delivery data and create fulfillment reports
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Be prepared to tackle additional data analysis tasks as needed to support broader marketing goals
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in complex data analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in a variety of marketing data analysis tools, including Google Sheets & Scripts, Tableau, Supermetrics, Google Ads, Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook Ads), and Google Analytics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Sheets: Expertise in data manipulation techniques including Vlookup is essential
- Strong analytical mindset: A passion for uncovering insights and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Report and dashboard creation: Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards from scratch, effectively communicating complex data to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to work in Pacific Time
- Recent experience working in the US timezone
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Python or SQL scripting
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication
