The Data Analyst Specialist role is vital to create business insights and advocate improvements, striving to perform more effectively to accelerate growth and increase cost-efficiencies. The Data Analyst Specialist employs sophisticated problem-solving approaches such as optimization, data mining, statical analysis and mathematical modelling to assist in making powerful business decisions. The role responsibilities include identify and evaluate data processing activities, monitor data management and compliance to support the Marketing Automation (MA) actions.

What will be your responsibilities:

Uses automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

Manages master data, including creation, updates, and deletion

Develops and maintains databases and data systems reorganizes data in a readable format

Performs analysis to assess quality and meaning of data

Uses statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for prediction

Assigns numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time

Analyzes and advocates about regional and global business trends

Prepares reports for the management and stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts

Collaborates with Legal and Marketing Automation (MA) teams, supporting all governance projects related to MA execution to ensure the company remains compliant (i.e., GDPR, countries legal framework)

Supports initiatives for data integrity and normalization

Responds to data-related queries

Sets processes to make working with data more efficient

Research new ways to make use of data

What expertise and experience are required:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math's, or a related field, such as Economics or Computer Science

3-5 years of related job experience

Holds a high level of mathematical ability

Must be proficient in analysing, modelling, segmenting, and interpreting data

Proven problem-solving talent

Demonstrated competencies for methodical and logical approach

Aptitude to plan work and meet deadlines

Experienced within B2B in a global environment

Practices a strong interest in marketing activities and customer behaviours

Must be experienced in collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders

Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce use or administration is desirable

Know-how of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik

Master in Excel and Power BI

Be a driver for continuously looking for new and innovative ways to improve the use of data

Competencies in data protection and legal compliance

Understands the ethics of gathering and working with data
