Job Responsibilities- Initiates, plans, and executes the various corporate marketing programs together with other stakeholders in the Company for the purpose of communicating value with the end objective of producing or enabling revenue generating for the company; which unexclusively includes the following specific projects:
- Lead generation activities for Sales to include seminars, sales, blitzes, sales promotions, etc.
Management of company website and all social and business networking sites and accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter- Publication of the internal and external newsletter
All forms of advertising as necessitated by Sales or top Management
- Management of corporate records and files
Management of Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
- Supervises all rank and file manpower that may be assigned to him/her within the Corporate Marketing and Communication business unit such as Marketing Assistants or clerical post provided by management.
- Oversees the creative design, production, maintenance, and improvement of all company marketing collaterals such as brochures, banner, posters, presentation materials, and all forms of communication that will reflect company brand image.
- Instigates the documentation and maintenance of the records of all company events be it Sales or any line activity and/or internal company events such as general meetings, parties, and company sponsored activities.
- Sets the standards and policy compliance for efficient, professional, and ethical communication particularly through email and enforce management's policy on sustaining an email culture.
- All other responsibilities relevant to communication of corporate brand value as may be directed by top management.
- Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.- With proven working experience in events management and promotions
Familiar with the latest trends and practices in marketing
