Key responsibilities DEVELOPING THE ONLINE PRESENCE OF PARTNER HOTELS
- Continuous analysis and improvement of our clients online platforms and implementation/coordination of changes (client websites, etc.)
Multilingual copywriting and/or review of calendars for our clients social media communication; following up with revisions and scheduling posts
- Creation of newsletter campaigns, including strategy planning, copywriting, management of databases, analysis, and automation of the follow-up based on results Assistance with the research and analysis of customer behavior/feeder marketsin order to set up quarterly advertising plans
- Assistance with the integration of data trackers and the improvement of datatracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) Assistance during the onboarding phase of new hotels (making sure that all accesses and logins are valid, checking if hotels already have trackers, assistance with connectivity to different marketing accounts, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Adobe Package (specifically Photoshop and Lightroom) Knowledge of Word Office Package (specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with different online marketing spaces (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail (e.g., acquiring a proper brief from team and/or clients, review of work when completed, etc.) Open-mindedness when it comes to assisting with tasks that might be outside of the job description's scope
- Problem solving skills, such as analytical and critical thinking OTHER ELEMENTS DESIRED: Reliability, goal-oriented, organizational skills, being a self-starter and autonomous
- Enjoying collaboration with people and working in a small team A desire to speak out and contribute to a growing and developing company
- A clear understanding of the hotel industry is useful A first experience with distribution systems, central reservation systems, content systems, online travel agencies is a plus
