Create and schedule daily Facebook and Instagram posts- Monitor and compile customer reviews/complaints on platforms like Zomato and Trip Advisor.
Craft monthly newsletters.
- Design various marketing materials including posters, flyers, menus, etc. and handle printing and distribution of materials to branches.
Coordinate with external suppliers for printing and quotes.- Assist in event organization and documentation.
Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
- Collaborate with external partners and coordinate with departments for event execution.
Collect and analyze customer data.- Provide management with marketing proposals.
Ensure smooth implementation of promos and events.
- Conceptualize and implement projects with high standards.
Monitor merchandising collaterals and logistics.- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and Trip Advisor.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe, Canva, or a similar software for creating marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal departments, external suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as for crafting engaging content and presentations.
