Opportunity:This role offers excellent growth and learning within the healthcare marketing field, with potential to advance to a full Marketing Coordinator position.
Contract Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential home health agencies and hospices, prepare marketing materials, and maintain contact records.
- Client Relations: Onboard new clients, address inquiries, escalate complex issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Data Management:
Input rates for new contracts, compile reports on marketing activities, and maintain organized records.Interdepartmental Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and gather feedback from clinicians.Market Research: Stay updated on Medicare requirements, analyze market trends and competitor information, and identify growth opportunities.
- Training: Participate in training sessions, develop understanding of FeldCare's services, and assist in creating training materials.
Administrative Support:
Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Direct marketing, marketing research, coordination, project management, understanding the customer, process improvement, initiative, and planning skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
