The Scope: Your Role in Transforming Brand Presence

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you'll drive brand visibility through content creation, digital campaigns, and client engagement. You'll collaborate on social media, CRM management, events, and lead generation, playing a vital role in achieving growth objectives within the accounting and consulting industry.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on content creation, brand building, digital marketing, internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising, event sponsorship, webinars, and CRM management to help both companies meet growth objectives.
  
• Manage and maintain company websites and social media accounts.
  
• Develop social media posts based on directions from the Marketing Director, including writing copy, creating graphics, and posting on firm accounts.
  
• Oversee conference events and sponsorships, handling registration, managing meeting calendars, scheduling ancillary events, and coordinating pre- and post-event communications.
  
• Manage CRM database for both firms, focusing on process improvement and increased software utilization.
  
• Oversee client and prospect communications, including writing copy, creating graphic headers, sending emails through the marketing platform, managing distribution lists, and analyzing delivery metrics.
  
• Plan and execute external webinars, including creating and sending invitations, generating pre- and post-event social media promotions, and editing video recordings.
  
• Order and maintain marketing merchandise and manage inventory.
  
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold brand standards across all platforms.
  
• Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
  
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

Qualifications We Seek

• Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  
• Possess working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  
• Have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot.
  
• Have experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
  
• Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.
  
• Maintain attention to detail.
  
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Be self-motivated.
