Role and Responsibilities
The position is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.
- Manages the research and development of content for publication of products. Creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Developing external media relations and establishing rapport to present a positive image of the organization to external sources.- Reviewing media coverage and overseeing press releases for publication to external sources.
Ensures timely and accurate portrayal of messages and materials. Manages the research and development of content for publication of products.
- Manage, develop, and implement community engagement initiatives/programs
Create innovate strategies to use social media to enhance community engagement.- Supervise, develop and assist with the implementation of a program evaluation tool to analyze and interpret reports to improve or strengthen community engagement programs and initiatives
Research current studies on community engagement and identify best practices for implementation
- Builds recommendations and strategies to develop loyalty initiatives
Identify, connect and engage with influential social media personalities (pro, lifestyle, consumer) for sampling/content collaborations- Track, engage and re-engage content-producing influencers to maintain loyalty and encourage authentic digital interactions
Build engagement, source content, across all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify playlist outreach.
- Determine and reach goals in terms of traffic and community growth
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Previous on-camera experience
Strong, professional writing experience required.

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
