What's the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Expert proficient in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. As a crucial member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to automate, optimize, and streamline our marketing processes. Your expertise will drive efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

What will you do

Microsoft Dynamics Configuration and Customization:

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics to align with marketing automation goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics, including workflows, campaigns, and lead scoring models.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other marketing platforms and tools to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
  • Manage data within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns leveraging Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Lead Nurturing and Management:

  • Develop lead nurturing strategies using Microsoft Dynamics to engage prospects at various stages of the customer journey.
  • Implement lead scoring methodologies to prioritize leads and enhance sales readiness.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create reports and dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics to track key marketing metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on Microsoft Dynamics usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

What have you accomplished

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with CRMs in a marketing automation capacity.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics for marketing automation purposes.
  • Excellent data management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing) are a plus.
